Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 6-12 business days.
Total time from order to doorstep is therefore typically 7-15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and public holidays can extend them.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It can take a few days for the first scan to appear, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. We may ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, email us at with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. If it cannot be located we will replace it or refund you in full.
